- You can now sign up to Alpha 1.0, a purely developmental environment, where you can have your say on what could be implemented into a massive-scale colonisation project on mars.
- Expected to be a long-term project, Mars2100 will be entering live play once the basics are in place.
- It will become an ever-evolving environment in which you can struggle to survive, battle, research, rule, or expand.
Alpha 1.0 will be for:
The development of initial technologies developed in orbit, or back on Earth.
The creation of basic elements and resources to be found on the surface.
Resource and sustainability concepts for the surface.
Player interactions, development of player to player markets, trading, communication, and asset sharing.
The basic construction of a user interface for when the game goes live.
